We are committed to live up to the promises made to our associates when they join, to ensure they can have long-lasting, fulfilling careers with us.
New associates kick-start their journey with rigorous training programmes at the company, agency and group levels. These programmes are carefully designed to ensure new associates have the skills, knowledge, and mentorship, supported by a strong administration and a comprehensive set of tools for effective prospecting and client acquisition.
Associates will be equipped with comprehensive industry and product knowledge through Great Eastern's Power Evolution Programme.
Advisors' Clique's 90 Days Programme and FastStart Programme are our unique in-house programmes for all new associates. They aim to assimilate new associates into the financial planning landscape and acquire the right skills to be effective financial consultants. Associates will learn from the experiences of our managers and directors and be trained on the sales cycle - Prospecting, Presentation, Closing and Servicing.
The new associate will also be mentored by more experienced consultants. More specific and in-depth training will be given on an individual basis. This is reinforced by the group team members' sharing of ideas and experiences.
